*All the rooms are non-smoking room
a) Rates, Taxes

  •  All rates are inclusive of 5% service charge and 10% VAT (subject to change as per Government decree), non-commissionable and in Vietnam Dong
  • All rates in this contract are only valid for individual travelers
  • Rates above are only applicable for bookings made directly either to the hotel or through the hotel’s Reservations / Sales Office
  • Rates above are not guaranteed for last room availability and are subject to revision based on production review and / or market conditions at any point in time
  • Rates above are based on current exchange rates and subject to fluctuations on daily basis
  • Booking with eight (8) rooms & above is considered as group. Rates for groups and MICE and related Terms & Conditions are available on request
  • Calling by telephone to check room availabilities are not considered as a commitment for the reservation. Hotels are not required to a verbal confirmation of the availability

b) Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in time : 14:00
  • Check-out time : 12:00

Early check-in charge

  • Before 06:00 : Full day charge will be applied.
  • After 06:00 to 13:00 : Half day charge will be applied.
  • After 13:00 : Complimentary if room available.

Late check-out charge

  • Until 18:00 : Half day charge will be applied.
  • After 18:00 : Full day charge will be applied.
  • Late check-out should be advised to hotel at least one day prior to check-out and confirmation will be subjected to room availabilityPage 9 of 10

c) Amendment / Cancellations / No Shows

  • A non-refundable guarantee deposit of total room revenue.
  • The hotel accepted any amendment or postponement before 07 days onward prior to arrival date and reserves the right to impose the following cancellation / no show charge:
  • Group over 10 rooms: 50% of the first night will be charged if cancellation before 30 days, after that 100% will be charged.
  • Group 5-9 rooms: 50% of the first night will be charged if cancellation before 21 days, after that 100% will be charged.
  • Group 1-5 rooms: 50% of the first night will be charged if cancellation before 07 days, after that 100% will be charged.
  • No show on arrival date: Full of room charge for full length of stay.
  • All cancellations must be informed in writing and have to be acknowledge by hotel.

d) Child Policy (sharing room with parents): maximum 02 children under 12 years old per room

  • Under 06 years old : Complimentary
  • From 06 – 12 years old : VND 115,000 per children sur-charge for breakfast (Alagon 3
  • star) & VND 230,000 / children sur-charge for breakfast (Alagon 4 star)
  • From 12 years old up : Extra bed shall be required

e) GIT Policy

  • FOC 1 room with group from 16 rooms (maximum 03 rooms)
  • Cut-off date:
  • Group over 10 rooms: 30 days due to arrival date.
  • Group 5-9 rooms: 21 days due to arrival date.
  • Group 1-5 rooms: 10 days due to arrival date.

f) Payment Terms

  • Hotel(s) have the right to require guest’s deposit (FIT) of VND 1,150,000 per room per stay for incidental expenses and guest’s deposit (GIT) of VND 3,450,000 per group per stay
  • Group’s booking (over 5 rooms): 30% of room charge must be pre-paid upon the cut-off date and stamped on writing confirmation. Rest of room charge will be paid by company before guest check in 10 days
  • In case of reservation wish to extend directly by the guests without any confirmations from the travel agent, the hotel best available rates / walk-in rates would be appliedPage 10 of 10
